Belle was found in Hazard, Kentucky with devastating injuries—her arm torn off, her body going into shock, and her life hanging by a thread. Through a life-saving partnership between Kentucky River Regional Animal Shelter and Da Vinci’s Dream Animal Rescue, she was rushed into emergency care and underwent amputation to survive.
