Though Louisa is initially timid, she warms up beautifully with a little time and patience. She does best in a quiet home with another small, social dog to help show her the ropes. Watching her blossom is a heartwarming experience — when she sees another dog getting love, she gets excited, slowly builds up her courage, and comes over to join in for gentle affection.
