We are a volunteer-based organization, and due to the high volume of applications and inquiries we receive, we may not be able to respond to every message.

Submit an Application

To ensure the best match for our animals, we ask that all potential adopters submit an application for the specific dog or cat they’re interested in:

Read the Animal Bios

Each animal’s profile includes basic details about their personality, needs, and background. Be sure to read their bios carefully before reaching out with questions.

Help Us Get to Know You

We’re often unable to answer detailed questions about an animal until we receive an application. Submitting one helps us determine if you might be a good fit.

Prioritizing Approved Applicants

Inquiries from individuals with approved applications are given priority. If you’re seriously interested in an animal, please apply first.

Important Notes

We do not call applicants unless they have an approved application.
We do not respond to messages like “Is [animal’s name] still available?” Please check our Available Dogs or Available Cats pages. If an animal is marked Pending Adoption, they are in the process of being adopted.
We do not operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We evaluate all applications and place animals in the home we believe is the best fit.
We do not respond to emails with questions already answered on our FAQ page.
We do not provide application status updates via email due to volume.
Please be patient with our response times — we are entirely volunteer-based and doing our best to serve both our animals and applicants with care.
